Evac+Chair International, the world’s leading supplier of emergency escape equipment, will be at Health and Safety 10 in Edinburgh to showcase its innovative product range.
Evac+Chair International will be exhibiting at Health and Safety 10, held at the Royal Highland Centre, on 15 and 16 September. On show will be a range of products from Evac+Chair International including the flagship Evac+Chair 300H, which will be available for a demonstration.
Evac+Chair International will be joined at the exhibition by DM Wood Medical, the firm’s distributor in Scotland. DM Wood Medical has worked with Evac+Chair International for 25 years and has expert knowledge of the product range and the needs of the Scottish marketplace.
Paul Colder, head of marketing at Evac+Chair International, comments: “We are delighted that DM Wood Medical will be joining Evac+Chair International at Health and Safety 10. It will be a real benefit to show-goers to be able to get expert local knowledge as well as detailed product information.
“Evac+Chair International have also recently carried out research which showed that businesses and organisations could be putting their staff and visitors at serious risk by not taking those who are mobility-impaired in to account when carrying out evacuation drills and we are keen to highlight these findings and the importance of training and practicing using aids, such as the Evac+Chair, at the exhibition too.”
David Wood, managing director at DM Wood Medical, added: “DM Wood Medical has a long-standing relationship with Evac+Chair International and is looking forward to supporting them at Health and Safety 10. It will also be a great opportunity to talk directly to industry professionals and highlight the importance of having an evacuation procedure.”
