Regal Tower in Dubai

Property developer Tameer has completed the 33-storey Regal Tower in Business Bay, a business district under construction in Dubai, UAE.

Regal Tower, which is now ready for occupancy, features 258 shell and core offices, a reception and lobby, meeting rooms and multi-functional spaces, eight elevators and a range of retailers, as well as a cafeteria.

The tower also features a health club, a gymnasium, prayer rooms, a putting range, a tranquil landscaped podium including water fountains and car parking space for 1,000 vehicles.

Tameer president Federico Tauber said that the interiors have been designed to make optimum use of space and light where every detail has been carefully planned.

“Incorporating a vibrant area of retail and leisure facilities, Regal Tower is a highly desirable and relaxing place to work and for after-hours networking and socialising,” Tauber said.

Tameer said that the building offers visibility and direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road and Business Bay has been master-planned to provide an environment and infrastructure conducive to business.
