The Pinnacle One Yonge project is a multi-phase mixed-use waterfront development currently under construction in Toronto, Canada.
The project includes five phases, with the first three including the development of one residential tower each. The tallest tower of the project with 95 storeys, or a height of approximately 313m, is expected to become the second tallest in Toronto (after the CN Tower).
Pinnacle International, a luxury condominium residences hotels, and commercial spaces developer based in Canada, is spearheading the project.
The project’s initial phase commenced in 2018 and was completed in 2022. Phase two is anticipated to be completed in November 2024.
One Yonge will serve as an entry point to the burgeoning waterfront community, with a design that aspires to establish a benchmark for dense urban redevelopment.
Location
Pinnacle One Yonge is situated in Ward 10 (Spadina-Fort York) in Yonge Street in downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
The site offers easy connections through GO Transit, the Gardiner Expressway and the Toronto Island ferries.
Popular destinations such as the St Lawrence Market, the Distillery District and Toronto’s Waterfront are located nearby.
Pinnacle One Yonge project details
The Pinnacle One Yonge project includes the construction of five new towers spanning an area of 408,773m² (4.4 million ft²).
The development also encompasses approximately 139,355m² of office space, 14,864m² of retail space, a 250-room hotel, a community centre spanning 4,645m² and a 2.5-acre (approximately 1 hectare) public park. The project also includes the development of a new facade for the existing Toronto Star building.
Phases one, two and three of the project include the development of three residential towers with 2,200 condominium suites.
The first building is the 65-storey high tower named The Prestige. The first residents at The Prestige were welcomed in 2022.
The second is a 95-storey tower named SkyTower, which will offer more than 800 condominium suites. The details of the third tower are yet to be released.
Phases four and five will introduce two new office towers comprising 22 and 40 storeys with substantial retail space on the first two levels, along with recladding works in the South Block.
Amenities
The Pinnacle One Yonge project will provide 100,000ft² of amenity spaces, including a park for public use and a community centre featuring a six-lane 25m indoor swimming pool, a basketball court and other activity rooms.
Amenities at The Prestige will include a dog run with a dog wash station, an outdoor walking track with a fitness circuit, a gym, a spin studio, a games room, private dining facilities and indoor and outdoor children’s play areas.
SkyTower’s amenities will encompass an outdoor swimming pool with lounge areas, an outdoor terrace, a fitness centre, a yoga studio, a games centre, private dining areas and a study room.

Hariri Pontarini Architects, an architecture firm based in Canada, designed Pinnacle One Yonge, and interior design is by Tanner Hill and Associates, an interior design company also based in Canada.
