KTG Industrial has broken ground on the second phase of its Yen Phong IIC project in Yen Phong Industrial Park, Bac Ninh, Vietnam.

The event was attended by representatives from KTG Industrial, Savills, CBRE, JLL, and others.

The Yen Phong IIC Industrial Park project, covering a total of 15ha, is a joint venture between Khai Toan from Vietnam and Boustead Projects from Singapore.

The project's first phase was completed and occupied last November.

The second phase, spanning 43,000m², will feature seven ready-built factories and is set for completion in the first quarter (Q1) of 2025.

The project’s location provides access to two major ports and three international airports via four expressways, within the Northern region's economic zone.

KTG Industrial CEO Dang Trong Duc said: “Continuously delivering international-standard factory systems to Vietnam's industrial real estate market is KTG Industrial's unwavering commitment.

“With KTG Industrial Yen Phong IIC - Phase 2, we pledge to offer our customers the best products and services, contributing to the socioeconomic development of the region and the country.”

Alongside the ground-breaking ceremony, KTG Industrial inaugurated its first Experience Hub in Bac Ninh.

The hub is intended to be a collaborative space for tenants and a venue for potential investors.

The Experience Hub at Yen Phong IIC offers amenities including meeting rooms, relaxation areas, and exhibition zones.

Earlier this year, the company celebrated the opening of Pei Ming Vietnam Electronics Technology Company’s facility at KTG Industrial Yen Phong IIC.
