Multifamily developer Vista Residential Partners has commenced construction on McAlpine Vista, a 320-unit apartment community in Charlotte, North Carolina (NC), US.

Situated on 14 acres at 8011 Krefeld Drive, McAlpine Vista is positioned 15 minutes from Uptown Charlotte. It is set to feature a mix of one- to three-bedroom apartments, with an average size of almost 1,010ft².

The apartments at McAlpine Vista are designed to offer luxury living with modern amenities.

EDI International, the architect behind the project, has included high-end finishes such as stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and vinyl plank flooring in the design.

The community's amenities are set to include a luxury clubhouse, a resort-style swimming pool, and a fitness centre.

Additionally, residents will benefit from 24/7 package concierge services and access to the McAlpine Creek Greenway.

Financing for McAlpine Vista has been secured through partnerships with Parse Capital, The Hartford, and a family office based in Philadelphia.

Legal representation for the project's closing was provided by Krevolin & Horst.
