Vistry Group, through its Countryside Partnerships brand, has secured a contract with LiveWest to deliver several mixed-tenure homes in the Sherford community near Plymouth, UK.
The deal has a gross development value of £76m ($96.12m).
It involves the construction of 259 homes, with 114 affordable homes in collaboration with LiveWest and 145 private homes under the Countryside Homes brand.
The initiative is a part of the larger Sherford development, which aims to provide a total of 5,500 new homes across three neighbourhoods in the area.
It will also include facilities such as four schools, a leisure centre, sports facilities, and a 500-acre country park.
Countryside Partnerships CEO Stephen Teagle said: “We are very pleased to have exchanged contracts with LiveWest to deliver a mix of much-needed homes across the South West [England].
“This latest scheme is a great reflection of the ability of our partnerships model to provide the right mix of homes that communities require, and we are thrilled to be doing so in collaboration with our long-term partner LiveWest for the residents of both the South Hams and Plymouth.”
The latest project comes after Countryside Partnerships signed a framework agreement with Sigma Capital Group last week.
This agreement will facilitate the delivery of 5,000 new homes for Sigma’s build-to-rent brand, Simple Life Homes, over the next five years.
