Toll Brothers, a builder of luxury homes, has revealed plans for Franklin Ridge, a new community at Franklin, near Nashville, Tennessee, US.

The project, whose development is set to begin in mid-2025, will feature 34 single-family home sites with views of Ropers Knob. With homes starting at $1.5m, the project will provide spacious living with four to five bedrooms and up to 4,350ft² of space.

The Franklin Ridge project will provide the option of three home designs, each with different exterior styles.

Toll Brothers Tennessee division president Jordan Hartigan said: “With thoughtfully designed floor plans that cater to the needs of today’s discerning buyers, and an array of personalisation options available, Toll Brothers will provide the ultimate in luxury living in Franklin.

The community's location near the McEwen Interstate 65 (I-65) interchange offers access to shopping, dining, and entertainment in the Cool Springs commercial area while facilitating travel to Brentwood, Downtown Nashville, and the South Nashville corridor.

Franklin Ridge residents will benefit from the cultural scene of Franklin, including arts and recreational activities.

Families in the community will also have access to educational facilities provided by the Williamson County and Franklin Special School Districts.

Toll Brothers has a portfolio of new home communities in the greater Nashville area, including Toll Brothers at The Nations in Nashville, Tomlinson Pointe in Mt. Juliet, and the upcoming Meadowlark in Murfreesboro.

Additionally, the company has recently commenced the development of Willis Brook at Lynnfield in Massachusetts, US.
