Toll Brothers, a builder of luxury homes, has announced the ground-breaking at its newest luxury home community, Willis Brook at Lynnfield, located in Massachusetts, US.

Located at 1301 Main Street, Willis Brook at Lynnfield will feature 66 single-family homes and a community clubhouse.

The project is situated across from the Sagamore Springs Golf Club.

The ground-breaking ceremony took place on 2 January 2023, with officials and residents of Lynnfield present.

This project is expected to open for sale in mid-2025.

Toll Brothers is claimed to be known for its luxury communities across the US state.

The project will offer a choice of home designs with features such as gourmet kitchens, spacious living areas, and private first-floor primary bedroom suites.

Toll Brothers Massachusetts group president James Fitzpatrick said: “We are excited to celebrate the ground-breaking of this highly anticipated new home community together with the town of Lynnfield.

“We have seen incredible interest from homebuyers in this community, and we look forward to bringing our home designs to this exceptional location.”

Toll Brothers operates in more than 60 markets across 24 US states, including Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, and others.

Its projects serve a diverse range of buyers, including first-time, move-up, empty-nester, and second-home buyers, as well as urban and suburban renters.

In early December last year, Toll Brothers announced the development of The Cove at Encinitas in California, US. This exclusive neighbourhood will feature 42 homes and is set to open in early 2025.

Additionally, a month earlier, Toll Brothers City Living, in a joint venture with Daiwa House, announced a new luxury condominium community, Vista Pointe, in the New York City metro market.
