Peak Summit Development has announced the commencement of construction on Tower C, the second phase of a luxury residential community in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Called The Orchard Place, the community is inspired by European design and spread across five plots near the JVC area.
This development will offer more than 1,100 apartments, an office block, five restaurants, and associated infrastructure.
The first phase, encompassing Towers A and B, is progressing ahead of schedule, according to a press release posted on Zawya.
Tower C, meanwhile, is set to house 193 units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. It has a main pool serving Towers A and B, and a separate pool for Tower C, alongside two children's pools.
It will also feature two-storey penthouses and townhouses featuring 6m-high ceilings, terraces, and private pools.
The expected handover for Tower C is set for the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2026.
The project's third phase, which includes Towers D and E, is scheduled to launch this November.
Peak Summit Development CEO Sergi Voronovych said: “We are delighted to see the remarkable progress of The Orchard Place, a project that embodies our commitment to delivering exceptional living experiences in Dubai.
“With Tower C now under construction and the first phase making significant strides, our vision for a luxury European-inspired community in JVC is coming to exciting fruition.”
