Real estate development and investment company Terra has broken ground on a mixed-use development in Florida, US.

The development is THE WELL brand’s first condo and office project.

Named THE WELL Bay Harbor Islands, the eight-storey luxury property will feature 54 residences, 22,000ft² of amenities, a fitness and wellness centre, and a food and beverage enterprise.

THE WELL Bay Harbor Islands will comprise residences ranging in size from 924ft² up to 3,291ft².

These residential units will boast aromatherapy diffusers, red light therapy panels, therapeutic soaking tubs, and enhanced kitchen facilities, as well as built-in air filtration systems.

Aside from this, the property will comprise a 102,000ft² office area spread across four levels.

This office area at THE WELL will allow tenants to customise their space accordingly. Features include a completely redesigned lobby with a planned social area, outdoor work areas with plants, conference spaces, and an office valet.

The project has been fully outfitted by THE WELL with Meyer Davis in charge of the interiors and Arquitectonica managing the design and architecture.

Terra CEO David Martin said: “THE WELL Bay Harbor Islands will meet growing demand for luxury living and boutique commercial space as more residents and companies gravitate to South Florida.

“Terra has a long track record of enhancing communities across South Florida, and we’re delighted to do the same for the village of Bay Harbor Islands.”

Construction works are anticipated to be finished in the second quarter (Q2) of 2025.
