Advansia, a part of AFRY, has secured a significant framework agreement for project management services with Statsbygg, the Norwegian government's key property developer and manager.
This contract encompasses a wide range of construction projects across Norway and Statsbygg's international properties.
The framework agreement represents an expansion in scope compared to previous contracts, now including regional projects.
Advansia is one of seven companies selected for this four-year agreement, which has a total potential value of up to Nkr415m ($37.5m). However, the specific order value for AFRY's subsidiary has not been disclosed.
Statsbygg manages some of Norway's most significant public construction endeavours, overseeing the planning, construction, and maintenance of government buildings nationwide.
The company stated that this new agreement with Advansia highlights its commitment to broadening its project management capabilities.
Advansia head and AFRY Norway county manager Christopher Klepsland said: "With this agreement, we can use the full breadth of our expertise to support Statsbygg in their societal mission. They are a pioneer in the use of new technology and innovative solutions for the construction industry, and we look forward to the continued collaboration."
