Dubai South Properties has awarded Al Turath Al Aseel Contracting a Dh150m ($15.39m) contract for the construction of South Living Tower, a new luxury apartment development, in the United Arab Emirates.
The project, which was initiated in June of this year, is anticipated to reach completion by the first quarter of 2027, according to a press release posted on Zawya.
South Living Tower will feature 209 residential units, including a range of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as terraced units.
It will also provide an array of amenities such as a swimming pool with an adjoining deck area, a modern gymnasium, sauna facilities, a versatile multipurpose room, and a children's library.
Additionally, the project will include a yoga deck, a barbecue area, gazebo seating, and landscaped gardens.
The Residential District where the South Living Tower will be located has more than 25,000 residents.
Dubai South Properties CEO Nabil Al Kindi said: “Following the announcement of the new passenger terminals at Al Maktoum International Airport in April, we witnessed a notable surge in interest for housing, reflected in the higher sales and rental values for residential properties in Dubai South.
"At Dubai South, our mandate is to contribute to the government’s vision of attracting one million residents to Dubai South once the airport is complete."
“We are confident that the expertise of Al Turath Al Aseel will help us bring this project to life, offering an ideal choice for those seeking an elevated living experience with luxury finishes and thoughtfully designed amenities. We remain committed to our mission of developing projects that cater to the growing demand for premium, spacious residences.”
