Sortera has solidified its market presence in the construction waste market across Greater London, UK, by acquiring Reston Waste Management.  

This move marks Sortera's 22nd acquisition since its inception in 2006, and is set to increase the company’s turnover to more than Skr3.6bn ($0.34bn). 

Financial details of the deal remain undisclosed. 

Reston Waste is an independent waste company in South West London. 

Sortera's specialises in the collection, recycling, processing, and sale of residual products from the building and construction sector in Northern Europe. 

The deal extends Sortera's service area into South West London, offering customers broader coverage, improved efficiencies, and faster response times for projects.  

These projects range from residential to large-scale commercial developments.

With the addition of Reston Waste, Sortera is now said to be positioned as the largest independent construction waste company across the region.

The latest deal follows the integration and rebranding of O’Donovan Waste Disposal in 2022 and GBN Services in the year 2023, to Sortera.
