Toll Brothers, through its Toll Brothers City Living division, and Sculptor Real Estate, has announced the completion of construction of The Rockwell project in New York, US. 

The two companies entered a joint venture in 2022 to develop this condominium.  

Hill West Architects designed the building while Whitehall Interiors was responsible for the interior design. 

Toll Brothers City Living president David Von Spreckelsen said: “We’re pleased to open our doors and begin to welcome our first homeowners to The Rockwell, as well as welcome potential buyers to view our stunning model residences.

Situated at the corner of 103rd Street and Broadway in Manhattan's Upper West Side, The Rockwell has 81 condominiums, ranging from one to three-bedroom layouts. 

The condominiums at The Rockwell feature living spaces with white oak flooring and open kitchens, among others.  

The property also offers a range of amenities, including a lounge with a bookable dining room, a fitness studio, a pet wash space, a music room, a screening room, and a playroom for children. 

It also features a lounge terrace on the second floor and a rooftop terrace.  

Specifically, the rooftop provides an open-air oasis with lounge seating, outdoor dining, grilling stations, and sunbathing chaises. 

Toll Brothers City Living and SERHANT are collaborating on co-exclusive sales and marketing efforts for the property. 

In April this year, Toll Brothers Apartment Living, in partnership with PGIM Real Estate and general contractor Swinerton, celebrated the topping out of The Lindley. 

The 37-storey, 422-unit luxury mixed-use apartment community will be located in San Diego, US.
