Restoration Builders (RB) Residential has closed an asset purchase agreement with Massey Construction Group, a roofing services provider in Southwest Florida, US. 

The latest move is part of the company's strategy to expand its national footprint and enhance its market reach. 

RB Residential is a subsidiary of RB Holdings that specialises in residential and commercial roofing services. 

Massey Construction Group founder Mike Massey said: “Joining forces with Restoration Builders opens up fantastic opportunities. It allows us to leverage their resources and expertise, ensuring we can continue to deliver the high-quality services our customers expect on an even larger scale.” 

Mike Massey will take on an expanded managerial role within RB, aiming to ensure a smooth transition and the maintenance of high-quality service delivery.  

The Massey team is expected to bring extensive expertise and a strong customer base to RB.

This acquisition is anticipated to provide customers of both parties with a broader range of services and resources.

Earlier in March 2022, RB also acquired abcSAGE, a company based in Murrieta, US, and founded in 2015 by Steve Fulgham.
