Rebus, a United Arab Emirates-based engineering, construction, and project management company, has announced the launch of new construction planning and execution software, CloseoutSoft.

The digital platform is designed to manage all construction processes until project closeout.

Rebus MD and CEO Francis Christy Boy said: “We want everyone to build the world beyond their client’s dreams. CloseoutSoft is here to enable this for every project delivery specialist everywhere.

“It is the perfect solution for the perfect environment.”

CloseoutSoft offers a range of features to streamline construction management.

It provides secure submittals and document management, eliminating the need for physical storage and enabling full tracking and tracing throughout the project's cycle.

The software includes in-built quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes, allowing for efficient design reviews, site assessments, and compliance management.

It also allows monitoring construction progress room by room, reviewing terms and conditions and assessing the readiness of each subsystem.

Built-in cost control features aid in monitoring total expenses and adjusting plans to stay within budget.

Rebus plans to enhance CloseoutSoft over the next two years.

These include advancements in AI integration, support for additional third-party building information modelling tools, further developments in cost control, and easier management of risk and compliance.

The company has overseen the project delivery of various ventures, including Abu Dhabi International Airport - Terminal A, Dubai Mall, and more.
