Ohana Development has partnered with luxury brand Jacob & Co. to launch 'Jacob & Co. Beachfront Living by Ohana', a beachfront project in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

The development is set to offer residents direct beach access, sea views, and a resort-style experience, with completion set for the second quarter (Q2) of 2028.

The collaboration resulted in two different living experiences. The villas collection features avant-garde architecture with panoramic beach views while the beach-view apartments claim to offer high-end residences with luxurious finishes.

Both living options are designed to harmonise with the surrounding natural reserve and wildlife.

Located in Al Jurf between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, the development includes proximity to Al Maktoum International Airport and direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road, offering easy access to the main highway connecting the two emirates.

Jacob & Co. Beachfront Living by Ohana will comprise a range of residential units, including one- to three-bedroom apartments, penthouses, beachfront villas and mansions, and sky mansions.

It will also feature an array of amenities such as the Jacob & Co. Beach Club, Jacob & Co. Seafront Cigar Lounge, and Jacob & Co. Residents Club. Additionally, residents will have access to wellness facilities and tranquil outdoor spaces.

The official project launch is anticipated in Q1 2025.
