Real estate company The NRP Group has started construction on a new multifamily community, The Riley, in Fort Myers, Florida, US.

This commencement was marked by a formal ground-breaking event.

The market-rate housing development is located at the intersection of Highway 41 and San Carlos Boulevard.

It will consist of three four-storey buildings with 275 residences.

The first building will serve as a central hub for residents, featuring an integrated clubhouse and the majority of the property's lifestyle amenities.

The second building will include a courtyard with public green space, a lounge area, and various sitting spaces.

Meanwhile, the third building will offer views of Estero Bay Preserve State Park.

Floor plans will vary with unit sizes ranging from 655ft² to 1,537ft².

Residences will feature soft-closing cabinets, modern lighting fixtures, LED-lit mirrors with frames, and luxury kitchens with quartz countertops and modern stainless steel appliances.

The Riley will also provide an amenity package, including a resort-style pool with outdoor grilling areas and a pizza oven, package concierge lockers, and an on-site dog park with a pet wash station.

NRP Florida Development senior vice-president Kurt Kehoe said: “We’re excited to bring this latest development to the Fort Myers and Lee County area which has experienced incredible growth.

“The Riley is a testament to NRP’s commitment to providing the highest quality communities and our belief in the future and continued expansion of Southwest Florida.”

Construction is expected to be completed in late 2025.
