The NRP Group, in collaboration with RPW Group, has initiated the construction of a 200-unit luxury multifamily development in Harrison, New York, US.
The project, which will cater to working professionals and families, is designed to achieve Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Silver certification.
Designed by Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners, the five-storey building will offer 30 studios, 75 one-bedroom units, 11 one-bedroom plus den, and 84 two-bedroom residences.
Each unit will have in-unit laundry and smart locks.
Furthermore, 5% of the units are earmarked for individuals earning 80% of the area median income.
The development will include amenities such as a gym, an indoor lounge, an indoor dining room, a shared workspace with individual pods, a commuter coffee lounge, and a children's playroom.
It will also incorporate two landscaped courtyards featuring grill and lounge areas, a heated pool, and fire pits for outdoor recreation.
It will dedicate five acres to open areas that encompass an outdoor walking trail system, a dog park, and a community garden.
These facilities will be managed by the local nonprofit Our New Way Garden and will be accessible to the public.
Located at 1 Webb Avenue, the apartment complex is situated near motorways, including Interstate 287, Interstate 95, and the Hutchinson Parkway.
Construction is expected to be completed in late 2026.
The NRP Group development senior vice-president Jonathan Gertman said: “This project underscores NRP’s commitment to creating exceptional living spaces and provides an attractive alternative living option for working professionals in Westchester County.”
This announcement follows the completion of The Renaissance at Lincoln Park, an affordable housing development in downtown New Rochelle, last month.
