US-based real estate company NRP Group, in collaboration with real estate investor Angelo Gordon, have broken ground on the Lake Pointe residential community in Woodbridge, Virginia, US.

The stretch of land measures 15 acres and will be developed into five four- and five-storey buildings with a total of 355 apartment units.

This is NRP’s second collaboration with Angelo Gordon, with the project’s construction being financed by Santander Bank.

The facility is conveniently located off the I-95’s Prince William County Parkway road exit.

According to NRP, residents will have convenient access to the state motorway for daily commutes to the region’s main companies, as well as several retail and dining options at the neighbouring Potomac Mills shopping centre.

Lake Pointe’s amenities and floor plans were originally developed to fit post-pandemic trends such as wider apartments, floor plans with dens, work-from-home amenities, and on-site private telecommuting spaces.

A fitness centre, a swimming pool, parking garages, a pet park, as well as a spa are all available.

The first units in the development are scheduled to be completed in 2025.
