Turkey-based prefabricated container manufacturer Module-T has opened its first storage warehouse in southern France.
With this venture, the company will be able to expand its presence in the French region and support direct monobloc road shipments in Europe.
The company has expanded its operations to countries such as France, the UK, the Netherlands, Iceland, and others.
Module-T exports prefabricated offices, hospitals, schools, and changing rooms. The company was established a decade and a half year ago.
It specialises in developing and furnishing freestanding prefabricated homes, housing bungalows, and holiday cottages.
The company has an annual output of 9,600 portable cabins and prefabricated modular containers and seeks to report revenues of $45m by 2025.
Module-T regional sales executive Yiğit Özdemir said: “We export our products to more than 120 countries by sea and land. Our new warehouse in southern France is the perfect location to help us deploy our preassembled portable cabin shipments to Europe by road.”
With Paris gearing up for the 2024 Summer Olympics, the company expects to support these preparations by supplying living quarters, toilet/shower facilities, and office containers for worker housing.
In addition, it intends to provide distributorships in the North American market by the end of this year.
