US-based McShane Construction Company has announced the completion of the construction of a new residential project in Schaumburg, Illinois, US.

This project has been delivered for customer, The Finger Companies.

Named The Quin Apartments, the project is a luxury community that features 373 apartment units along with other amenities.

These apartment units will boast one- and two-bedroom floor plans, with some having a den.

Luxury amenities in every apartment include walk-in closets, stainless steel appliances, kitchen islands with wine coolers, granite, and quartz countertops, in-unit washers, dryers, and balconies or patios.

McShane Multi-Family regional vice-president David Rintz said: “It was an honour to work with The Finger Companies on another multifamily project.

“The property, which was previously occupied by an abandoned office park, has been transformed into a beautiful community that enhances the surrounding area.”

Spanning an area of 10.6-acre property, this 708,000ft² project will contain four floors of wood frame construction surrounded by a five-storey, 802-space precast parking facility with one sub-grade level.

The building’s facade incorporates brick veneer and Hardie panelling that complement the surrounding region.

Furthermore, the community has two clubrooms, a fitness centre, a golf simulator, a fully outfitted guest bedroom, a catering kitchen, a business centre, and a pet spa.

Outdoor amenities include lap and leisure pools, firepits, grill stations, two gated dog parks, and walking routes.

Niles Bolton Associates has designed The Quin Apartments.
