McShane Construction Company has announced the completion of a 322-unit multifamily community project in Nashville, Tennessee, US.

Located within Nashville’s Bellevue neighbourhood, the NOVEL Harpeth Heights residential development was designed by architect HEDK Architects.

The concept of Tennessee Heritage, as well as the local history and rural architecture located within Middle Tennessee, served as a design inspiration for the project.

Real estate business Crescent Communities and its partner Pearl Street Partners served as clients for this project.

The community features studio and one to three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 549ft² to 1,529ft².

McShane senior vice-president and regional manager Scott Hoppa said: “We’re pleased to add another successful multifamily project to our Nashville portfolio.
