McShane Construction Company has successfully delivered a new multifamily community, The Livano Deer Valley, in Phoenix, Arizona, US.

It was developed by the company on behalf of the owner, Jomax Residences.

The three-storey, multibuilding Livano Deer Valley complex is situated on a 10.8-acre site.

It features a wood frame construction with a stucco exterior, designed by Humphreys & Partners Architects.

The design incorporates elements of art decor and modern architecture.

It has 242 residential units ranging from studio, one-, to two-bedroom layouts.

Each unit includes luxury wood-style flooring, ceramic tile backsplashes, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an abundance of natural light.

The community is also offering its residents more than 1.5 acres of shared amenity space, including a 4,000ft² designer clubhouse, a resort-style pool, a dog park, and courtyards.

The courtyards have ample seating, firepits, and barbeques.

McShane president Mat Dougherty said: “The Livano Deer Valley is a beautiful, well-appointed community and a great addition to North Phoenix.

“It was an honour to work with the owner and developer on this project and we look forward to continuing our partnership.”

The company is also progressing with the construction of Livano Avondale, a 316-unit apartment community in Avondale, Arizona.

The community will include three two-storey, six three-storey, and three four-storey wood frame buildings.

Last month, McShane completed the construction of a multifamily community project in McDonough, Georgia, US.

It was built for South City Partners, a repeat client of the company.

Analyzing the growth prospects of the global construction industry

GlobalData's latest report offers an insight into the outlook for the global construction industry to 2027. Despite the challenging macroeconomic and geopolitical backdrop, the global construction industry managed to continue to generate growth momentum in 2023, with global output rising by 3.4% in real terms. Much of this is owing to China’s surprisingly strong performance despite the prolonged real estate crisis there.
