McShane Construction Company has completed the construction of a new 300-unit multifamily development, The Kendry, in Charlotte, North Carolina, US. 

Built on behalf of RangeWater Real Estate, the development, comprising three garden-style apartment buildings alongside a central clubhouse, spans a 28-acre site. 

Designed by Poole & Poole Architecture, the project offers residential units featuring granite and quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and more. 

The units vary from one to three-bedroom layouts, each with high ceilings and private balconies or patios. 

McShane senior vice-president Scott Hoppa said: “This is our fifth project with RangeWater, and it was an honour to serve as their partner again. 

“The Kendry offers luxury living at a prime location in University City, so I’m confident that the development will be a lasting success for our client.” 

Additionally, the development offers residents nearly 10,000ft² of amenity space. 

This includes a resort-style outdoor pool, two courtyards with firepits, a dog park, a fitness centre, a craft and game room, and a Zoom room. 

Located near the intersection of West W.T. Harris Boulevard and IBM Drive, The Kendry provides access to Interstate 85, the University of North Carolina, and various dining and retail amenities. 

Last month, RangeWater Real Estate announced a mixed-use development with luxury apartments in Lilburn, US. 

Earlier this month, Lincoln Avenue Communities selected McShane to construct an affordable housing development, Bishops Woods, in Brookfield, Wisconsin, US.
