Mattamy Homes has completed land acquisition for the upcoming Beverly Place community in Johnston County, North Carolina, US.

Beverly Place is located approximately two miles from Hampton Ridge, near McGee Crossroads and Four Oaks.

The upcoming community will expand the homebuilder’s new-home offerings in the greater Raleigh market, including the previously announced Hampton Ridge located in the vicinity.

Beverly Place accommodations are anticipated to be available for sale later this year.

This new community at McGee Crossroads/Four Oaks will feature only 30 oversized homesites. It is the latest addition to an already-established community.

Residents can select from six different single-family floor plans in either ranch or two-storey style.

With sizes ranging from 2,100ft² to over 3,185ft², each floor plan will offer open-concept living areas that combine the lounge, dining section, and kitchen space.

Offering different options for each plan, the Architect's Choice Options encompass a range of features such as luxurious kitchens, spacious three-car garages, guest suites, convenient first-floor studies, and bonus rooms that replace lofts.

Resident-only amenities consist of a clubhouse, pool, playground, and cabana, as well as a fully stocked fishing pond.

Mattamy's Raleigh Division president Bob Wiggins said: “As our second new community in central Johnston County, Beverly Place offers a peaceful, relaxed feel.

“The relatively rural atmosphere and oversized homesites complement our attractive, feature-rich floor plans.”
