Multifamily development company Vista Residential Partners has initiated construction on Main Street Vista, a 277-unit mixed-use community in Holly Springs, North Carolina, US.  

The development is to be situated on 11.7 acres of land at the intersection of N. Main Street and Holly Springs Road. 

Main Street Vista will feature approximately 19,000ft² of retail space and 11,000ft² designated for live-work units.  

The community will provide a variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, with an average size of roughly 1,050ft². 

Some of these apartments will have ground-floor office areas for lease, catering to tenants seeking for a work-from-home environment. 

Vista Residential Partners managing director and regional partner Alex Barroso said: “We are incredibly excited to start construction on this landmark development in Holly Springs. 

“Vista is dedicated to establishing our portfolio across the Carolinas and I cannot think of a better way to make our introduction than with this unmatched mixed-use development.” 

Designed by Niles Bolton, the development will include garden-style apartments with amenities such as elevator-served conditioned corridors, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and more. 

The development will also include a clubhouse, a resort-style swimming pool, a fitness centre, a pet park, a 24/7 package concierge service, and a central green space. 

The project has secured financing from Dome Equities and two life insurance companies based in Ohio.  

Legal representation for the closing was provided by Krevolin & Horst from Atlanta, US.

In 2022, Vista Residential Partners broke ground on Creekview Vista, a 279-unit multifamily project in LaGrange, Georgia, US.
