UAE-based construction company Al Ashram Contracting has secured the main contract for the LUCE residential project from Taraf, a UAE-headquartered boutique property developer.
The construction company’s role is to execute the main contract works, according to a press release posted on Zawya.
The project, situated in the Palm Jumeirah area of Dubai, will feature two-to-four-bedroom apartments, including a duplex and penthouse.
It will also provide beachfront views and private access to white sands and lifestyle amenities.
The ground-breaking ceremony for this project took place in September 2023, with completion expected in the first quarter of 2026.

Taraf, operating under the real estate division of investment holding group Yas Holding, is also collaborating with MZ Architects for this project.
