Lennar, a US-based homebuilder, has announced the development of Easton, an 'Active Adult' community within the master-planned Easton Grey development, tailored for homebuyers aged 55 and above.

The community is part of the wider anticipated 500-acre Easton Grey and is expected to be completed by mid-2025. It aims to foster connectivity among residents and promote an active, walkable lifestyle.

The centrepiece of Easton will be The Nottingham, an upscale clubhouse with England-inspired gardens.

This central hub will offer a range of amenities, including a lap pool, a resort-style pool, six pickleball courts, a tennis court, and a Great Room for events and private parties.

Outdoor living is a key feature of Easton, with an expansive rear covered porch that includes two outdoor kitchens and a fire pit. An on-site Lifestyle Director will be responsible for organising activities, events, and excursions for the community.

Easton will offer 460 homes across nine distinct designs, with options ranging from Tudor- to ranch-style single-family homes.

Sizes of these homes will vary from 1,120² to 3,025ft², featuring two to four bedrooms and two to four baths. The homes will feature sunlit morning rooms, covered porches, and flexible bonus rooms.

In line with Lennar's 'Everything's Included' programme, each home will come with a range of features and finishes at no additional cost. The starting price for these homes is in the mid $300,000s.
