This platform is designed to transform the way construction projects are managed by embedding an asset-first methodology into the process.

The construction sector has reportedly been grappling with a fragmented approach to project management, which has often resulted in inefficiencies and a cumbersome handover process to asset managers.
Kahua's ACPM platform claims to address these challenges by offering a unified platform that connects every phase of a project, from planning and design to execution and operations, ensuring enhanced asset functionality, sustainability, and life cycle performance.
The company stated that the ACPM approach ensures that asset data is collected and linked throughout the design and construction phases. All related documents, media, and workflows are linked to the asset.
This method automates the handover of asset data, thereby making it instantly available for operations and eliminating delays in the transition from construction to asset management, stated the company.
The platform also supports integration with systems such as building information modelling (BIM), enterprise asset management (EAM), Revit, geographic information systems (GIS), and computerised maintenance management (CMMS) systems, promoting interoperability and accessibility of asset data.
