Real-estate developer Imtiaz Developments has announced the ground-breaking of its Cove Residence project in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Valued at Dh600m ($163.35m), the project is expected to be completed in the second quarter (Q2) of 2027, reported Gulf News.  

The new development will offer more than 700 apartments, including a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, with some featuring private pools. 

Cove Residence is designed to embody a vertical community, integrating residential, commercial, and leisure facilities in a single high-rise complex.  

This project is said to be in response to the increasing demand for versatile living and working spaces, aligning with Dubai's strategic plans for urban development. 

Imtiaz Developments CEO Masih Imtiaz said: “The launch of Cove Residence marks a key milestone for Imtiaz. This project underscores our commitment to Dubai's vision of becoming a global leader in innovative urban living. We have created a community that offers everything you need to live and work. Residents can access premium lifestyle amenities, including a gym, jogging tracks, three swimming pools, and a tennis court.  

“Our co-working space caters to professionals, while the club room and BBQ area are perfect for gatherings. Families will find the rooftop lounge, pool bar, and outdoor cinema ideal for recreation. For added convenience, shopping and dining options are available on the ground floor.” 

The project is located in the Dubailand Residential Complex and is connected by a network of roads to Dubai's landmarks and transport hubs.  

This announcement comes after the company announced that the Westwood Grande Residence project in Jumeirah Village Circle reached 65% completion, in April this year.
