US construction management solutions provider Hyphen Solutions, and HomebuilderONE, the Microsoft Cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution for homebuilders, have entered a strategic collaboration.

As part of this partnership, Hyphen will integrate its BuildPro residential construction management and supply chain software with HomebuilderONE's business management software. 

It is intended to offer builders enhanced scheduling flexibility, scalability, and access to modern homebuilding solutions designed for the evolving needs of the construction industry. 

BuildPro’s cloud-based platform provides real-time information, which enhances accuracy and efficiency in construction scheduling and supply chain management.  

Meanwhile, HomebuilderONE delivers a solution that streamlines home construction processes.  

The platform covers from land acquisition to warranty management, enabling consistent data for reporting and decision-making, which in turn boosts efficiency, accuracy, and profitability.  

It offers homebuilders the option to scale with market conditions and maximise resources to deliver complex projects on time. 

According to Hyphen, this partnership will allow builders who already have BuildPro to upgrade to an advanced Microsoft Cloud ERP. 

This will provide increased scalability and a comprehensive suite of tools and solutions designed to meet the construction industry’s changing requirements. 

This partnership comes after Hyphen introduced BRIX 3.0, a cloud-based ERP crafted for the residential construction industry, in October last year. It is accessible as a web application. 

This fully integrated accounting solution has been crafted to meet the specific requirements of home builders.
