The City of Boca Raton in Florida, US, has given approval to the Glass House Boca Raton luxury residential development, marking a significant step towards the city's modern glass building.
Developed by 280 E Palmetto Park Road, this nine-storey project is anticipated to be completed in the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2026.
Glass House Boca Raton launched sales this February, with ground-breaking expected in Q1 2025.
The project will feature 28 residences alongside rooftop amenities on its tenth level.
The development team includes Garcia Stromberg for architecture, Wade Hallock of Hallock Design Group for interior design, AGTLAND for landscape architecture, and Concierge Property Solutions for development consulting.
Meanwhile, Square Edge is the project's construction management partner and Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is handling sales and marketing for the property.
David F Milledge, esquire of Miskel Backman, the land use attorney for the project, played a key role in navigating the approval process.
The residences will feature open-concept layouts with two to four bedrooms plus den, ranging from 2,504² to 3,950ft², and private terraces up to 12ft deep.
The primary bathrooms will be spa-inspired and the homes will include structured wiring for integrated automation systems.
Security features include monitored entries and a full-time door attendant, with two levels of underground parking providing two spaces per residence.
The development is also equipped with electric vehicle chargers and a generator for essential services.
Located less than one mile from the city's beach and the new Brightline Boca Raton station, Glass House Boca Raton is conveniently situated near various dining and shopping destinations.
Glass House Boca Raton general partner Anthony Perera said: "This unique, modern glass building will be an aesthetically pleasing, luxurious hallmark of the beauty of downtown Boca Raton."
