Eiffage, through its subsidiaries Eiffage Construction and Goyer, has secured the Paris - SCOPE commercial building renovation contract from Société Foncière Lyonnaise.

The project entails a structural overhaul of the former Natixis headquarters in France on a general contracting basis.

It will also include the construction of a 'service pavilion' offering services such as meeting rooms and a business centre.

Situated in the 12th district of Paris, the 17-storey high-rise block, dating back to 1974, will undergo restructuring work.

This will involve the demolition of the lower levels to redevelop the forecourt and create an extension, the replacement of the facades, roofing work, and architectural and technical enhancements.

The complex will have a total floor area of roughly 25,600m² upon completion.

Eiffage Énergie Systèmes will handle the high-voltage and low-voltage systems.

The renovation is targeting six labels and certifications: Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method, Haute Qualité Environnementale, Biodivercity, BBCA New, BBC Effinergie Renovation, and CircoLab.

The project will incorporate reused materials for finishing works such as toilets, marble basins, and parts of the false flooring.

The renovation follows six months of design studies and is expected to last 24 months, with the completion date set for the second quarter (Q2) of 2026.

In May last year, Eiffage Construction announced that it was renovating the Grand Hôtel des Voyageurs in Paris' tenth arrondissement.

This project involves the rehabilitation of a four-star hotel and the merger of two adjacent hotel buildings to form a luxury hotel complex.
