JF Petroleum Group has announced that Dykstra Construction and Miller Construction Management (MCM) have merged under a new brand, JF Construction Services.
The merger into a single business unit aims to provide a variety of services in the construction sector.
This follows after JF acquired MCM on 1 August 2023 and Dykstra Construction on 7 February 2022.
Dykstra specialises in commercial and convenience store construction and petroleum equipment installation and repair.
Meanwhile, as a commercially certified, multi-industry contractor, MCM provides solutions for ground-up remodels and building additions. It serves the commercial and retail installation and construction sectors.
Following the aforementioned acquisitions, Dykstra and MCM have been fully integrated and are now presenting an improved portfolio offering.
JF Construction Services, as a construction and professional services company, is expected to offer turnkey solutions, leveraging various technologies and methods.
The new unit intends to increase efficiency across various sectors, including commercial, medical, multifamily residential, and industrial segments.
JF Petroleum Group CEO Keith Shadrick said: “This rebranding is not just a union of two companies, it's bringing to market the most unique, comprehensive and innovative construction services portfolio offering ever."
