Meraas, a division of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded Dutco Construction a Dh850m ($231.42m) contract for the construction of the Bvlgari Lighthouse on Jumeira Bay Island in the United Arab Emirates.

With marine works now completed in this area, the development of the 27-storey luxury residential tower is set to commence. 

The Bvlgari Lighthouse, designed by architecture company Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, will feature four- and five-bedroom luxury penthouses, and an eight-bedroom Sky Villa that spans the top three levels.  

The Sky Villa will have private rooftop gardens, expansive outdoor living spaces, a private pool, and stylish lounge areas flanking the building. 

The project is scheduled for completion by the second quarter (Q2) of 2027 and marks the third collaboration between Bvlgari and Meraas.

Jumeira Bay Island comprises Bulgari Hotel & Resorts Dubai, Bulgari Yacht Club, dining options, and more. 

Meraas’s current list of projects also includes Nad Al Sheba Gardens, The Acres, Madinat Jumeirah Living, Bluewaters, and more. 

Dutco's portfolio includes a range of projects, including the Marina Heights tower, Greens Mosque at Emirates Hills, VIP Bridge - Meydan, Jumeirah Lake Towers Interchange, and Jumana Island Bridge, among others. 

Earlier this year, Dutco also began work on One River Point, a luxury waterfront residential development in Dubai Business Bay, in partnership with Ellington Properties.  

This Dh1.2bn project, branded under Dutco Ellington, is expected to be completed in Q2 2027.
