Real estate developer NABNI Developments has announced the commencement of construction of Waldorf Astoria Residences Dubai Downtown’s Sales Experience Center in the United Arab Emirates.

The facility is expected to open in July 2024, according to a press release posted on Zawya.  

Last month, NABNI and Hilton revealed their plans for Waldorf Astoria Residences Dubai Downtown, to be finished by 2028. 

Situated on a plot in Business Bay, the Sales Experience Center will be spread over an area of 1,000m².  

It will be designed to offer a fully interactive experience for prospective buyers with an interactive scale model area. 

NABNI CEO Badr Alsuwaidi said: “Our vision for the Sales Experience Center is to create a space that embodies the luxurious essence of the Waldorf Astoria brand.  

“Each element is chosen to offer clients a glimpse into the unparalleled lifestyle they can expect at Waldorf Astoria Residences Dubai Downtown.” 

The centre will include an array of amenities, including VIP valet parking, a visitor’s lounge, a coffee bar, and a lounge dedicated to real estate brokers.  

It will integrate technology into the customer experience, offering a 3D interactive sales application, LED screen technology, and advanced virtual communication technologies. 

Moreover, the centre will showcase multimedia displays and a fully furnished mock-up of an apartment at Waldorf Astoria Residences Dubai Downtown.  

The show apartment will have furniture and decor sourced from designers globally, alongside curated art pieces.
