Discovery Land Company and PMB Capital Investments reportedly have plans to develop Maverick Golf and Ranch Club, a luxury residential community located south-west of Fort Worth, Texas, US.
The project will be constructed on 1,100 acres of land and promises to offer residents views of farmland and the Fort Worth skyline, reported the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
This project marks real estate developer Discovery Land Company's second project in the Fort Worth area after its Vaquero Golf Club in Westlake.
Maverick Golf and Ranch Club, situated off Aledo Road near Lake Benbrook, will feature 500 homes.
It will provide a host of amenities, including golf courses designed by renowned architect Tom Fazio, which will consist of 18-, 12-, and nine-hole options.
Additionally, residents will have access to other facilities such as lakes, hiking trails, and a sports complex.
This project will also offer an organic farm for residents to engage in private gardening and enjoy seasonal produce.
This will be Discovery Land Company's fourth project in Texas.
In addition to Vaquero Golf Club, the company has also developed the Driftwood Golf and Ranch Club and the Austin Surf Club, both located in the Austin area.
Beyond Texas, the real estate company, has developed luxury communities in the Bahamas, Cabo San Lucas and Los Cabos in Mexico, Hawaii, Las Vegas, and the Hamptons in New York.
Meanwhile in Fort Worth, a family housing complex is set to be built on vacant land by Dallas-based Psalm Development and Construction, reported the Fort Worth Report.
Construction of the two 12-unit apartment buildings will commence on 24 February 2025 and is expected to be completed in February 2026.
