Construction has started and is progressing on Mill Creek Residential’s Modera Shoreline apartment community project in Seattle, Washington, US.

The podium-style [a construction that involves horizontal separation between an upper building and a lower, or podium, building] community will feature 399 apartment units with studio, one and two-bedroom floor plans.

Richmond Beach Park, Boeing Creek Park and the 14-mile Interurban Trail are just a few of the development's 25 parks and recreational areas that will be accessible to Modera Shoreline residents.

The project's first residents are expected to move in in late 2025.

Community amenities will comprise but are not limited to a two-storey club lounge with a TouchTunes music system, two roof terraces, a theatre space and a co-working area.

There will be controlled-access garage parking, a secure overflow package room, electric vehicle charging stations and bike storage.

Interiors will include quartz worktops, tile backsplashes, pull-down faucets and adjustable kitchen islands.

Mill Creek Residential Seattle development senior managing director Steve Yoon said: “We’re excited to join the Shoreline submarket, which is ideal for residents who want to take advantage of the intimate and vibrant suburban feel at a much more reasonable price point than in-town Seattle neighbourhoods.”
