BNBuilders has collaborated with Roesling Nakamura Terada Architects for the construction of two new buildings at Fullerton College in the US state of California. 

Established in 1913, Fullerton College is said to be the oldest continuously operating community college in the state, starting with just 26 students. 

The construction process will adopt a progressive design-build approach for the site's Chapman Newell Instructional building and Maintenance and Operations building. 

A ground-breaking ceremony was held to mark the start of construction. 

BNBuilders project executive Brian Dague said: “This endeavour is not merely about constructing buildings; it's about building the future of the college. 

“We are proud to be part of creating spaces that will empower students at Fullerton College. This project embodies our dedication to shaping communities positively, and we are excited to contribute to the ongoing legacy of Fullerton College.” 

The buildings, encompassing a total of 29,713ft², mark an advancement in educational facilities within the North Orange County Community College District. 

The buildings will accommodate specialised trade work areas, administrative offices, and support functions, including services for campus grounds. 

In June last year, BNBuilders started work on a life sciences building for Breakthrough Properties in Boulder, Colorado, US. 

The property covers an area of 35,000ft² and the project involved converting the multibuilding campus into open spaces for office and laboratory use.
