Bentley Motors, in collaboration with Dezer Development, has broken ground on the first Bentley-branded residential tower in Florida, US.
The 62-storey Bentley Residences Miami tower, located on a 2.4-acre site at 18401 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, will house 216 private residences.
Each residence will have a glass-ensconced sky garage that displays cars alongside a private balcony with a heated swimming pool, as well as a kitchen and wind-resistant living areas.
Bentley Residences will include four patented car elevators, known as Dezervators, which provide swift access from road to doorstep.
This will enable three and four-car sky garages within each residence, offering electric vehicle charging stations and additional storage for small, motorised vehicles.
Dezer Development president Gil Dezer said: “Breaking ground on Bentley Residences is a huge milestone for the project and another step closer to bringing our vision to life.
“We are excited to introduce a completely new elevated residential experience to Sunny Isles Beach and look forward to continuing the relationship with Bentley Motors to deliver a one-of-a-kind project.”
In addition, the property will feature a beach club, oceanfront pool deck, and a 20,000ft² amenities collection encompassing a cinema, cigar lounge, spa, and beauty salon.
Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects in partnership with Bentley Motors, the tower's architecture and interiors will incorporate Bentley's signature design elements.
The development is expected to be completed at the end of 2027.
Bentley Motors president and CEO Christophe Georges said: “We are very pleased to celebrate this key milestone in the development of Bentley Residences Miami.
“A demonstration of our commitment to great design, the development will create a living experience that expresses the very philosophy of the Bentley brand.”
