Belmont Village Senior Living has commenced construction on Belmont Village Rancho Santa Fe, its latest project in San Diego, California, US.
This development marks the company's fourth establishment in the San Diego area and 17th in California.
The groundbreaking event signifies a step forward in providing luxury living and care for seniors in collaboration with Greystar Real Estate Partners.
Following the success of their La Jolla community launched in 2022, the partnership brings an enhanced living experience to Rancho Santa Fe.
The new community will feature indoor/outdoor spaces and multiple amenities, aiming to set a new standard in senior living.
Belmont Village's collaboration with the University of California San Diego Stein Center for Research on Aging will continue, offering residents access to advanced research along with programmes for aging.
Situated within the gated Lakes at Rancho Santa Fe community, Belmont Village Rancho Santa Fe will offer 185 residences for independent, assisted living, and memory care, including 15 private cottages.
The residents will have access to a latest fitness centre, a fitness patio, a heated swimming pool, and dining spaces that provide an indoor/outdoor flow to terraces. The development will include lush green spaces, walking paths, a dog park and a bocce ball court.
The community will not only offer amenities but also a range of social activities, a sports lounge, an art studio, a screening room, and a full-service salon for relaxation and recreation.
Belmont Village Rancho Santa Fe is backed by partnerships with institutions to offer enrichment and wellness programmes, ensuring comprehensive health support for its residents.
Construction is set to begin in December 2024 and completion is expected by late 2026.
