Homebuilder Beal Homes has received planning approval from North East Lincolnshire Council to construct a new development in Immingham, England, UK.

The approval, which is subject to customary conditions, comes after the submission of the plan earlier this month.

The £105m ($133.11m) development, named Highfields, is located on a 57-acre site off Stallingborough Road.

It will feature a total of 525 homes.

It will introduce a mix of two-, three-, and four-bedroom homes designed to cater to a diverse range of residents, from first-time buyers to growing families.

In addition, Highfields will offer public spaces comprising two children's play areas.

Beal land director Chris Murphy said: “We’re delighted to have gained planning approval so we can move forward to delivering these much-needed homes in North East Lincolnshire.

“This development is a major vote of confidence in the area which has a strong pent-up demand for new homes as well as potential for further growth, driven by major investment on the south bank of the Humber [estuary].”

The development will also offer residents the option to collaborate with designers in Beal’s Design Lounge to personalise the layout and features of the homes.

The development’s location will provide residents access to nearby towns such as Cleethorpes, Skegness, and Mablethorpe.

Last month, the company introduced its four-bedroom Thornton home located at the Pilgrims Walk development off Boothferry Road in Hessle, at a reduced price.
