Azizi Developments has revealed that construction on its luxury development, Creek Views II, at Dubai Creek in Dubai Healthcare City, United Arab Emirates, is 99% complete. 

The development, valued at Dh350m ($95.30m), is scheduled for handover in the first quarter of this year, according to a press release posted on Zawya.  

Creek Views II will feature 587 residences, comprising 116 studios, 436 one-bedroom, and 35 two-bedroom units.  

It will also include amenities such as two swimming pools, a sauna, a gym, and a children's play area. 

Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works are at 99%, with overall exterior and interior finishes also nearing completion. 

Azizi Developments CEO Farhad Azizi said: “We are thrilled with the rapid construction progress at Creek Views II. The contractor has continually exceeded our demanding quality control and assurance criteria while meeting the project’s tight delivery deadline.

The robust demand from local and international investors demonstrates our stakeholders’ widespread endorsement of this goal.” 

A workforce of 750 is currently engaged on the site to ensure timely delivery. 

The development provides direct access to Al Khail Road and is surrounded by medical facilities, as well as lifestyle and shopping destinations.  

This comes after Azizi Developments celebrated the ground-breaking of its luxury waterfront community, Azizi Venice, in Dubai South in October last year.
