Azizi Developments has reached a 33% completion milestone for its Beach Oasis project, a mixed-use development situated in Dubai Studio City, United Arab Emirates.
The construction of the structure itself is 88% complete, with blockwork, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and internal plastering advancing to 36%, 9%, and 10% completion, respectively.
The workforce on the project has been ramped up to a total of 1,269 individuals, according to a press release posted on Zawya.
The development will comprise 476 studio apartments, 200 one-bedroom units, and 36 two-bedroom units across two buildings.
Beach Oasis is designed to incorporate numerous facilities, including a large swimming pool resembling a beach in the central courtyard, fitness centres, green spaces, areas for children's activities, and a central square that hosts various retail outlets.
Located on Hessa Street near Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Studio City offers excellent connectivity.
The area provides access to educational institutions, healthcare services, recreational venues, and more.
Azizi Developments CEO Farhad Azizi said: “The remarkable progress we’re making at Beach Oasis serves as a testament to the hard work that is being put not just by ourselves at Azizi Developments, but also by all of our diligent stakeholders. Located in a prime area and featuring top-tier amenities, Beach Oasis is set to redefine modern living for our esteemed investors and residents.
“The swift construction pace is a clear indicator of our contractor's outstanding performance. With their meticulous attention to detail and strict adherence to our rigorous quality standards, they continue to exceed expectations while maintaining our project timeline.”
The expected date for Beach Oasis to be ready for occupancy is in the second quarter (Q2) of 2025.
Last week, the company announced that its Amber in Al Furjan development achieved a 97% construction completion milestone.
