United Arab Emirates-based private developer Azizi Developments has reported 20% construction completion of its mixed-use community project, Beach Oasis, in Dubai Studio City.
The development’s structural build is reported to be at 59%, according to a press release posted on Zawya.
The mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work, as well as blockworks, have also commenced. The total workforce has been increased to 877.
Beach Oasis is scheduled for handover in the first quarter (Q1) of 2025.
The developer first announced plans to launch this project in November 2021.
It is designed as a low-rise residential community, featuring 476 studios, 200 one-bedroom homes, and 36 two-bedroom residences, all distributed across two buildings.
It will offer a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, gymnasiums, landscaped gardens, children's play areas, and a central square that will host retail options.
Azizi Developments CEO Farhad Azizi said: “Beach Oasis stands as a testament to unparalleled design, impeccable craftsmanship, and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
