Azizi Developments has announced that construction on its Amber condominium project in Dubai's Al Furjan, United Arab Emirates, reached a 97% completion milestone.
The company announced the project reached its 76% completion in March and 90% in May this year, respectively.
Expected to be completed in the third quarter (Q3) of 2024, the development features a mix of studios, as well as one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences, according to a press release posted on Zawya.
Construction progress of Amber includes the full completion of its structure, blockwork, internal plaster, mechanical, and electrical, as well as plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems.
Additionally, the tiling, swimming pool, and elevator installations are also finished.
The external and facade works are nearing completion, with 90% and 98% progress respectively while the overall finishes of the property have reached a near-completion status of 98%.
Currently, the total workforce on the Amber project has reached 190.
The condominium will offer a variety of amenities, including retail and dining options, landscaped walking areas, a gymnasium, children's play areas, two swimming pools, and more.
Amber offers convenient access to Mohammed bin Zayed Road and is within easy reach of the Al Furjan metro station.
Azizi Developments CEO Farhad Azizi said: “We are excited to share the remarkable progress at Amber. Our proactive and meticulous strategy in material procurement and our partnerships with some of the most premier, renowned contractors and suppliers across the globe are propelling our progress forward, both in terms of speed and quality.
“As we near completion, our unwavering dedication to enhancing lives through the communities and properties we create remains central to our mission.”
Last month, Azizi Developments signed an agreement with International Foundation Group to support the construction of the Burj Azizi skyscraper.
This addition to Dubai's skyline, situated on Sheikh Zayed Road, is set for completion by 2028.
