Aventon Companies, a multifamily developer and general contractor, has commenced construction on a new luxury apartment community in Ashburn, Virginia, US.
This marks the company’s fourth development in the region.
The latest project, namely Aventon Moorefield, will include 425 units within a six-storey mid-rise building, featuring a range of floor plans from studios to three-bedroom apartments.
It will encompass a 20ft lobby ceiling and amenities such as on-site remote workspaces, a clubroom and lounge, a 24/7 fitness centre, and a pet spa.
The site's outdoor space will feature a resort-style pool and a garden courtyard.
Additionally, the development will offer 16 electrical vehicle charging stations within its parking garage.
Dwell Design Studios has carried out the architectural design of the community while Carlyn & Company curated the interior design.
The luxury apartment community is scheduled to open for leasing in early 2026.
To be located at 43601 Charitable Street, in Loudoun County, the property will be near Ashburn Metro Station and Dulles International Airport.
Aventon senior managing director Mark Coletta said: “Fuelled by the expansion of major tech companies, Loudoun is one of the fastest recovering post-Covid economies in the country. We are thrilled to be able to provide much-needed housing for its exploding population.
“Located in the prestigious Moorefield master planned community, steps from the Ashburn Metro Station, and surrounded by top-rated public schools and Fortune 500 companies, our residents will be in the heart of it all.”
Aventon has been expanding its portfolio since 2019, which currently includes $2bn worth of ground-up developments.
This expansion has introduced more than 9,000 Aventon-branded apartment homes across Florida, Georgia, the Carolinas, and the Mid-Atlantic.
