Graham has neared completion of construction on a new £46m ($60.64m) retirement village, Audley Scarcroft Park, in West Yorkshire, UK.
In 2022, the construction company was appointed by retirement village provider Audley to build this project.
The project’s completion will mark the third joint venture between the two companies, following the delivery of developments such as Audley Wycliffe Park and Audley Fairmile.
Situated within the 'Golden Triangle' area of Ilkley, Harrogate, and York, the latest project joins Audley Group's UK luxury retirement portfolio.
It spans 110 acres and comprises 22 cottages alongside 106 two-bedroom apartments.
It further includes a refurbished Grade II listed Scarcroft Lodge, dating back to 1830, which now houses the Audley Club.
This facility offers a restaurant, a health spa with a hydrotherapy pool, a gym, and a wellness studio.
Additionally, Audley Scarcroft Park provides care services through Audley Care, which is registered with the Care Quality Commission.
Throughout its construction, Graham said it has prioritised quality to meet the expectations of Audley Group and the prospective residents.
Graham regional director Stephen Van den Hoek said: “Our team has worked tirelessly to ensure that every detail reflects the quality and excellence that Audley Group is known for.
“The completed development will enhance residents' wellbeing and independence by providing a supportive and luxurious environment tailored to their needs.”
