American real estate development and investment company Alpine Start Development (ASD) has broken ground on a garden-style apartment community in Saginaw, Texas, US.
Range West will feature 261 apartment units spread across 11 acres and will be a short drive north of Downtown Fort Worth (DFW).
The project will include a resort-style pool, a large courtyard, a fitness centre, and a pet park, among others.
Residents can access several nearby key amenities such as grocery stores, restaurants, and schools.
According to the company's press release, Range West will meet the surging demand for housing in the domestic supply-constrained submarket, making it a valuable addition to the community.
ASD managing partner David Eitches said: “This development will add much-needed density to the area and provide residents access to high-quality amenities and a convenient location.
“It will be the first of many 'Range' branded projects coming to DFW in the coming years. We strive to deliver the best renter experience and pride ourselves on the thoughtful design of our apartments, curated amenity packages, attention to detail, and responsive management of our communities.
“We look forward to working with the city to bring this project to life.”
Range West will feature 150 one-bedroom homes ranging from 637ft² to 712ft², 99 two-bedroom units ranging from 1,139ft² to 1,150ft², and 12 three-bedroom units of 1,349ft².
The development is expected to be completed by the second quarter (Q2) of 2025. The first condos and clubhouse of the community are expected to be accessible in Q4 2024.
